I was born in Saginaw, MI., and moved to CT in 1987.  Growing up as a child I realized through my dedication to baseball that hard work combined with doing something you love produces positive results.  I was awarded a full baseball scholarship to the University of Hartford, a great college for me to learn more about my second love: advertising.  Through my 4 years of college, I gained a strong appreciation for graphic design, web development and the challenge of implementing these skills into my future marketing career.  After my graduation, in June of 1993 I learned just how much hard work pays off when I was drafted by the St. Louis Cardinals. 

After my baseball career, I decided it was time to focus on my marketing career.  I entered the business field in a time when the jobs were scarce and accepted a position as a claims adjuster in the insurance field.  Realizing this was not what I wanted for my future, I started freelancing as a web designer and graphic artist.  This allowed me to utilize my skills while doing something I loved.  I soon had a strong portfolio and was offered a job with web-worx.com (currently known as the Worx Group in Waterbury, CT.) 

As my skills and client base drastically grew, I was approached by Digital Marketing Creations located in Woodstock, CT.  They requested a strategic alliance with my company, AGENTintel.com as they wanted to expand from a media developer to a marketing agency with full scale production capabilities.  The strategic alliance was so successful and profitable, our 2 companies merged 1 year later in April of 2005 to form DMCteam.

I have been the Director of Marketing & Design at DMCteam for over 2 years.  I have played an integral part in the company’s growth and development within our community.  I have developed several systems for DMCteam that integrate many different components within the marketing field, while keeping up with the daily expanding technologies. I have received several awards for my web designs and was nominated to the American Marketing Association in the category of Non-Profit Integrated Marketing.

I am currently enrolled in Columbia Southern University for my MBA in e-Business Techology. I reside in Windsor Locks, CT and have 2 wonderful children.
