Main Admininstration Management

The Main Administration Management system provides you with a dashboard view of your appointment management system. Click on a tab to make edits to features related to the tab.
1: Bookings: You can review, edit, cancel, decline and many other general actions regarding an appointment.
2: Resources: Refers to your stylists. Allows you to add, delete and edit stylist information used in the appointment system
3: Services: Refers to the services provided like hair cuts, massages, coloring, perms, etc. You can add, delete, and edit these services.
4: Time Slots: controls the times shown and made available for the appointment systems. Add, delete and edit these attributes from this tab.
5: Book-Offs: this allows you to override the time slots for an individual basis, instead of deleting the time slot. For example, if a stylist calls in and says they will be out next week for a personal day, you can block off the time for the stylist for just that day. The system will not accept appointments for the blocked off time and will display that the stylist will not be available.
6: PayPal: Provides immediate control of paypal features related to accepting payments.
7: Coupons: Allows you to manage coupons offered through your site. Add, delete, extent, discontinue or edit current coupons. Set start and end dates for automated use with the booking system if payments are accepted online.
