Appointment & Reservations Edits / Reviews

OK- so the phone rings and a customer wants to make an appointment.  No problem.

Step 1:

Simply go to your web site and log in to the system.  You can use the same Login form used for customers to register with your site.

Step 2:

Click on the Reception Desk link that appears on your Administration Menu which will appear under your login form after you have logged in.  Don't worry, customers have a different access level to the site so if they login to the site, they will not see appointment management options.

Once you click the Reception Desk link, you will see the following screen.

Click on a Customer Link to Review or Edit an Appointment from the Detail Screen

Update the information as needed and click save.  Click cancel if no changes are required.  This display screen allows you to review, and/or edit an appointment.
