Managing Orders

Step 1:

Login to your store front.

Step 2:

Click on the Orders option.

Step 4:

Click on the Order Number to view details about the order.

Step 5:

Review the order.  Once the order is fulfilled, you can change the status to manage your records. Notice the "Notify Customer?" and "Include this Comment?" check boxes are selected as default.  This will send a notice to the customer every time the status changes.  It will also send the comments, for example "Status Pending"  Comments:  We are processing your order.  The when shipped it will send an email stating that the order has shipped, along with any comments you enter.


Step 6:

You can also change the status of the order directly from the "Order List" without reviewing order details.  However, doing it this way, you muat click the "Notify Customer? Update Status" check box to have an email sent to the customer of the status update.  It does not default as checked.
