Arranging Menu Orders

Similar to changing the order of articles, you can change the order in which your links appear.

Step 1:

From the Menus drop down, select your desired Menu.

Step 2:

Simply use the arrows to move a link up or down.  Again, you can totally rearrange the links by typing the numbers in order according to what you want in the Order Boxes and clicking the "Floppy Disk" icon.  This will save all of them in whatever order you place them.  However, if you want to simply rearrange a few links, it is easiest to use the arrows.  In this case, we would click on the up arrow for CMS Tutorials because we want that link to appear before the Sample Sites link.

You will see that after clicking on the up arrow next to CMS Tutorials, that this navigational link has moved up one row, ahead of Sample Sites.

So just what does that mean?  Here is a visual comparison of the 2 options.

This image shows how the links (tabs) appears prior to reordering them.

This image displays the new order of the links (tabs) after we moved the CMS Tutorials up (equates to before in order) ahead of  Sample Site.
