Editing an Article

Step 1:

From the Content Tab, click the Article Manager option.

Step 2:

Select the article to edit by clicking in the title (link).

Step 3:

In order to edit content of a current article, make adjustments or additions to the following areas of the page.

1.  Title: Edit the Title of the article as needed

2. Section: Please select the appropriate Section as related to the article.  For more information regarding sections, please refer to Tutorial 4: Sections & Categories

3. Categories: Please select the appropriate Category as related to the related Section.  For more information regarding sections, please refer to Tutorial 4: Sections & Categories

4. Text Formatting: Use the text formatting tools as you would use them in a Word document.  These tools also allow for creating links and inserting images.

5. Text field: Edit your text here as though you would in a Word document.

6. Parameters: Set your parameters as desired.  Parameters include such items as published date, author name, etc.  Options include Use Global, Hide, Show.  View the Adjusting Article Parameter tutorial for more details.

7.  Save: Click the save icon to save the file.
